Company Personnel

Pace Davis, Principal / Technology Director

Pace is the former CTO and cofounder of iDealing, Ltd. in London, England, where he developed a system for real-time, web-based stock trading on the London Stock Exchange. Previously, he worked as a senior programming consultant for C*ATS Software, based in Palo Alto, California, where his responsibilities included managing integration projects for tier-one banks and building custom interfaces for trading systems.

Pace’s skills range from low-level programming languages, such as C++, to designing high-level, decentralized application servers, to Internet security expertise. Pace has 12 years experience in the information technology field.

Marc Smith, Principal / Programming Director

Marc has 10 years experience in research and development and programming leading edge solutions. His experience as a senior programmer includes a diverse exposure to different sectors including, Oil Exploration (Western Geophysical, Haliburton), Telecommunications (ADC, Micromuse) and Banking (UBS & iDealing.com).

Marc has a BSc degree in Software Engineering from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, United Kingdom.

Marcus Henderson, Principal / Design Director

Marcus is the former Creative Director of Atlanta based Definition 6, where he concentrated on bringing together interface design and traditional marketing to deliver web based applications for industry leading clients. In addition to creating custom web applications, he works closely with clients to ensure consistency between online/offline aspects of their brand. His focus in the last 4 years has been software development and the combination of multi media, CSS/XHTML, and JavaScript to produce industry specific software solutions.

Marcus has 12 years of design experience in traditional print and online media. He holds a BA degree from The University of Georgia and has continuing education at the Art Institute of Atlanta.

Kristen Carr, Business Development Manager

Kristen has more than 10 years experience in the Real Estate Industry, including her role as Director of Product Management for Regional MLS in Florida and Product Development and Support for MRIS in Rockville, Maryland. Her responsibilities have included software development, support, integration as well as business management and development. She is currently a member of the Real Estate Standards Organization’s Board of Directors and is very active in RETS and the industry as a whole.

Kristen has a BA in Behavioral and Social Sciences from the University of Maryland.
