Carolina Multiple Listing Services, Inc. (CMLS) signs with Bridge Interactive Group for RETS IQ™ Products

CHARLOTTE, NC, November 23, 2009 - Carolina Multiple Listing Services, Inc. (CMLS), the private cooperative Realtors® use for access to thousands of residential listings in the 10-county service area surrounding Charlotte, announces the addition of Bridge Interactive Group’s RETS IQ CONTACT™ and RETS IQ CHEQUE™ to the MLS suite of products.

RETS IQ Contact™is an MLS level RETS management tool which adds detailed control and usage transparency to an MLS RETS system. This new suite of products allows MLS administrators to simply and effectively filter and restrict access to listings and individual fields. Providing unprecedented monitoring tools, the product also captures and analyzes all RETS transactions, placing the protection and control of MLS content in the hands of the MLS. RETS IQ CHEQUE™ is an add-on application built to administer billing and account management services for MLS RETS data recipients.
