RETS IQ™ Suite of products now manages MLS listing content for more than 150,000 real estate professionals nationwide.

ATLANTA, Georgia, March 12, 2009 - Bridge Interactive Group announced today their RETS IQ Suite of products now moves MLS listing content for more than 150,000 real estate professionals nationwide.

Bridge was brought into the real estate industry to create a RETS solution for First MLS in Atlanta, Georgia. This custom software has grown into the RETS IQ Suite, including RETS IQ Contact™ and RETS IQ Compose™.

RETS IQ Contact™ is an MLS level RETS access filtering, monitoring and management tool which adds further fine-grained control and usage transparency to an existing RETS server or can be configured against an MLS system database to act as a full RETS server.

RETS IQ Compose™ is a rich web application for adding and editing listings via RETS. Utilizing the RETS Update Transaction, RETS IQ Compose™ is almost completely driven by RETS metadata.
